Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Katherine, NT, for a Senior Rural and Remote Educator. The role involves developing and delivering educational programs to children and young people in remote and rural settings. Responsibilities include lesson planning, conducting interactive teaching sessions, delivering training, and fostering effective communication with students, families, and communities. Collaboration within a team and engagement with diverse communities will be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
* Experience in Lesson Planning and Education
* Strong skills in Teaching and Training
* Excellent Communication abilities for engaging with diverse audiences
* Ability to adapt to remote and rural environments
* Passion for supporting child development and community well-being
* Prior experience in regional or community-based education is advantageous
* Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is highly desirable
