Job Summary
The Urea Solid Handling Operator is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and monitoring of conveying systems, transfer points, dust control, belt scales, and magnetic detectors.
This critical role requires effective collaboration with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, adhering to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate stacker and reclaimer systems in local, remote, and automatic modes.
* Conduct routine inspections of conveyors, motors, pulleys, chutes, dust filters, and lubrication systems.
* Record operating parameters and maintain digital logs, checklists, and handover notes.
Requirements
* Proficiency in operating conveying systems, including stacker and reclaimer systems.
* Familiarity with dust control and monitoring systems.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
