Hammond Nguyen Turnbull (HNT) is a growing multidisciplinary law firm built on transparency, trust and strong client relationships. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Recruitment & People Coordinator to support our hiring, onboarding and training initiatives.

This is a hands‐on role suited to someone with recruitment experience who enjoys working in a fast‐paced professional environment and supporting people processes.

The Role

You will assist with end‐to‐end recruitment across legal and support roles, including proactively sourcing and headhunting. You will also support onboarding, coordinate training initiatives and assist with graduate program development.

This role works closely with Partners and leadership to ensure recruitment and people processes run smoothly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with end‐to‐end recruitment processes including refining and enhancing our recruitment process
* Sourcing and headhunting potential candidates
* Screening candidates and conducting initial interviews
* Coordinating final interviews and candidate communications
* Supporting onboarding and induction processes
* Coordinating internal training sessions and development programs
* Assisting with graduate program coordination and university relationships
* Supporting staff engagement and retention initiatives
* Maintaining recruitment systems and reporting

About You

You:

* Have 1–3+ years' recruitment or HR experience (agency or internal)
* Proactive in sourcing and engaging top talent
* Are confident speaking with candidates and building relationships
* Are organised and process‐driven
* Have experience in professional services (preferred but not essential)
