About the Role
* Collaborate with project teams to drive innovation and excellence in Teaching, Leadership, Rural & Remote.
* Support the development, implementation, and review of programs and projects to enhance student outcomes.
* Develop project evaluation documentation and coordinate associated governance groups to ensure accountability.
* Manage competing priorities to provide timely and accurate analysis to colleagues and leaders.
* Prepare and coordinate reports, submissions, briefings, presentations, meeting notes/outcomes, and correspondence to support project leaders and senior officers.
* Ensure adherence to corporate processes and legal and financial requirements.
Requirements
* Demonstrated knowledge of the department's agenda for improvement in state schools, relevant legislation, and policies and strategies relating to state schools.
* Proven ability to design, develop, and implement changes to operational policies, systems, and creative solutions within a changing environment.
* Ability to lead and participate in a work team and undertake various project activities.
* Accountability for the timely review of project plans, reports, and commitments to achieve project objectives.
* High level of communication and interpersonal skills to establish productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
