PART-TIME SENIOR BEAUTY THERAPIST
(This position has the potential to go into a full-time position after 3 Month review)
Carina-Rose Beauty is looking for an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our small, close-knit team in a busy, well-established salon.
We’re seeking someone who is confident, reliable, organized, and capable of working independently while managing their own day-to-day schedule in a fast-paced environment.
Our team is our pride — with staff loyalty of up to 15 years, we’ve created a happy, supportive, and positive workplace culture.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be confident and experienced in:
* Reception duties -Welcoming clients, Making bookings, Seeing clients out and treatment enquires)
* Lash & brow tinting + brow stains + brow shaping (including aftercare advice)
* Full body waxing (including Female Brazilian waxing)
* Relaxation & hot stone massage
* Relaxation and advanced facials (including Peels & Dermapen)
* Recommending skincare and retail products
* Communicating treatment plans and aftercare with clients
Added Bonus:
* Eyelash lifts
* Manicures, Pedicures & Shellac application
* Make-up application & product sales
* Gel Nails
* Previous experience with Dermalogica
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
* Minimum 3 years salon experience
* Friendly, Kind and a passion for the industry
* Strong knowledge and passion for skin health
* Confidence in product knowledge and recommendations (training provided)
* Ability to work independently and manage your day
* Reliable, organized, and professional
* Confident in client consultations and rebooking

REQUIREMENTS:
* Available Saturdays
* Available to work until 6pm at least 2 days per week
* Must be available during school holidays
* Must be available in the lead-up to Christmas (peak period)
