Client Relations & Experience Coordinator

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations & Experience Coordinator to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and have a knack for organisation and communication, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll ensure that every project runs smoothly from the first consultation through to installation. You'll be the bridge between our clients, production team, and subcontractors — keeping projects on track, clients informed, and details organised.

In this role you will have the opportunity to grow into a design role, using the latest software in cabinetry design and manufacture.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide a welcoming and professional experience for clients during showroom and design consultations.
* Assist clients in selecting colours, materials, and finishes to bring their vision to life.
* Conduct initial consultations and screen clients to ensure project fit and alignment.
* Coordinate project schedules, liaising with subcontractors, production, and clients to ensure timely progress.
* Manage emails daily, directing them to the applicable persons.
* Oversee client communication throughout the sales and installation process.
* Manage CRM data to ensure accurate client and project information.
* Xero accounting, invoicing and accounts entry.
* Follow up post-installation to ensure client satisfaction and maintain lasting relationships.

What We're Looking For

* An interest in the cabinetry and interior design.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for client service.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
* Some experience with Xero accounting software.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with high attention to detail.
* Experience in coordinating schedules and working with CRM systems.
* Previous experience in a customer-facing or project coordination role (preferably in interiors, construction, or design industries).
* Interest in learning cabinetry design software.
