Leadership Opportunity
This is a leadership position that blends retail expertise with operational management. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the store, manage a team of 6-7 technicians, and ensure efficient scheduling, excellent customer experiences, and strong commercial outcomes.
* Driving store performance, sales results, and customer satisfaction
* Training and developing casual retail assistants
* Providing product and equipment advice, including basic testing services
* Management of stock control, inventory management, and cash handling
* Scheduling daily routes for 6-7 technicians, including urgent updates
