We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse to join our Population Health team in Karratha.
This is a full-time appointment, working 76 hours per fortnight. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary healthcare services to children and families.
To be successful, you must have:
* Eligibility for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Understanding of the Principles of Primary Health Care and family-centred practice.
* Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement initiatives.
