* Provide strategic leadership and people management
* Oversee capital works programming, design oversight, development engineering and transport planning

Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Asset Management or related field with 5+ years' experience
* High-level engineering skills, expertise in roads, pavements, drainage and associated infrastructure
