Position Overview
As a Senior Operations Supervisor, you will lead a multi-disciplined team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality operational outcomes across construction, maintenance, and customer-initiated works. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a strong safety culture, operational excellence, and effective resource management in a dynamic environment.
You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to prioritise and deliver projects that meet safety, regulatory, and customer requirements. By fostering collaboration and continuous improvement, you will help drive innovation and efficiency, contributing to Intium's commitment to a sustainable energy future.

You have proven leadership capability with strong operational transmission/zone substation experience and you have a willingness to apply these skills in a commercial environment. You excel in communication, coaching, and mentoring, and you are confident in using technology and systems to enhance operational performance.
Required Qualifications
* General Construction Induction Training (White Card)
* Current Driver Licence
* Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems or Electrotechnology Trade
* Bachelor of Organisational Leadership with electives in Finance or Business, or demonstrated equivalent capability through experience and relevant qualifications
Desired Experience
* Advanced Diploma of Program Management
* Completion of Essential Energy Operations Leadership Program
* Practical leadership experience in an Energy Distribution and Transmission environment
* Proven ability to manage and coordinate teams, resources, and projects to meet safety, time, and budget requirements
* Strong background in safety leadership and process improvement
* In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards
* Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
* Proficiency in using operational systems and tools
