We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to our high-needs clients, aiding with personal care and daily tasks.
As a Support Worker in our Drop In Supports Services, you will support clients who use wheelchairs and have additional medical needs, ensuring they receive the necessary care.
Our team promotes autonomy and supports residents around the clock, fostering independence within a shared living environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Confident communication skills
* Resilient and self-assured
* Skilled in prioritizing tasks and demonstrating problem-solving abilities
* Flexible, with availability for shift work, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook
* Able to pass a National Criminal History Check
* Experience with high-needs Disability clients
* Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or equivalent (desirable)
