About the role
Eden spa mandurah' is seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Beauty Therapist to join our team in Mandurah WA 6210. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule. As a Level 3 Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty services to our diverse clientele, contributing to the overall success and growth of our prestigious spa.
What you'll be doing
1. Performing a full range of advanced beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, and specialist skin services
2. Providing personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored treatment plans
3. Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment rooms
4. Ensuring all equipment and products are well-maintained and stored correctly
5. Actively contributing to the development and implementation of new services and treatments
6. Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
7. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Level 3 Beauty Therapist, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality beauty treatments
2. Formal qualifications in beauty therapy, including a Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
3. Excellent knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and industry trends
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively consult with clients
5. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the spa
7. Current First Aid certificate and a valid Working With Children Check
