We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Service Technician to join our Engineered Services team. This is a permanent ongoing role based in Sydney, with regular travel to customer sites across the Greater Sydney region and occasional travel to the Central Coast. What you'll be doing Unload, stage and install cooling towers on customer sites in accordance with specifications and Australian standards. Commission, test and hand over equipment, completing all Inspection & Test Plans in real time. Perform scheduled servicing, inspections, fault diagnosis and repairs on customer sites. Provide technical support and advice to customers while representing the company professionally. Support workshop assembly, fabrication and testing at our Central Coast facility when required. Maintain accurate service reports, documentation and monthly reporting. What we offer Permanent full-time position with an extra day of annual leave per year. Company work vehicle provided for all travel, delivery and installation work. All tools of trade and necessary PPE supplied (safety boots, hi-vis, hearing/eye protection, gloves, etc.). What you need Trade qualification in Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical or a related trade. White Card (Construction Induction). Current Class C Driver's Licence. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience using digital site tools (Procore or similar). Relevant HVAC/cooling systems or industrial service experience. Confined Space, Working at Heights and/or other High Risk Work tickets will be highly regarded. Willingness to travel to the Central Coast occasionally as required.
