About the Opportunity
This role plays a key part in connecting people to our services that can support them to achieve their goals. Working collaboratively with local service teams, you will grow awareness and reputation for us in the local community.
By understanding the needs of the community for which you are responsible, you will generate demand for our services and support new customers through the enquiry and sign up process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sign new customers efficiently by managing new leads from the Enquiries team and collaborating with Service Coordinators and Service Support Partners, leading to timely and seamless customer onboarding and increased customer acquisition.
2. Enhance customer satisfaction and service expansion by identifying and addressing unmet service needs within existing customers, resulting in greater customer retention and higher service uptake.
3. Establish a strong regional market presence by building and maintaining a relevant network of relationships, contributing to increased brand recognition, more customer referrals, and expanded business opportunities.
4. Drive regional growth and demand generation by contributing to a Sales Plan that increases our visibility and directly leads to an increase in service demand and lead generation in the region.
