About the Role – Enterprise Risk Analyst
As our new Enterprise Risk Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our risk management and assurance frameworks across the business. You'll be the visible and proactive face of risk, working closely with stakeholders at all levels to uplift risk maturity, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our controls and governance mechanisms are robust and effective. You'll support the implementation of our Enterprise Control Assurance Framework, lead assurance reviews, and deliver comprehensive reports that inform strategic decisions. Your work will span risk reviews, business impact analysis, and risk education sessions, helping teams across the organisation to better understand and manage risk.

What You'll Do
* Support the implementation and execution of the Enterprise Control Assurance Framework.
* Execute assurance reviews and prepare comprehensive reports.
* Uplift risk maturity by identifying and testing critical controls.
* Act as a trusted advisor on risk management and compliance.
* Collaborate with business teams to enhance processes and risk mitigation.
Your Experience
* Experience in risk management, assurance, or audit.
* Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks.
* Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to prepare assurance reports and communicate findings.
* High attention to detail, self‑driven, and safety focused.
* Strong communication skills and teamwork are critical to this role.
* Energy sector experience is preferred.
