We’re looking for a Content Manager to jump into the role and take ownership of the strategic framework and roll out of Health Partners owned content. With experience in the oversight of organic social media channels, this role manages and creates our member content for their entire Health Partners journey.Key responsibilities:Build engaging content assets with a member-focussed lens to support the development and execution of the Content and Social Media strategy and enhance the Health Partners brand.Develop and manage all Health Partners owned content and direct marketing initiatives including eDMs, promotional communications, newsletters, magazines, and website content.Lead consistent, engaging and fresh content across multiple platforms and organic social media channels, ensuring alignment to our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Manage the member lifecycle roadmap and build direct member communication touch-points across multiple channels and forms of communication, ensuring the right content is delivered to the right member, at the right time.Be the subject matter expert in our marketing communications and marketing automation tools (Acoustic) and lead the way in unleashing the full power of these tools and their capabilities.Cultivate exciting partnerships and collaborate with external content creators and agencies.About youYou have a natural flare for exciting and eye-catching content creation and implementation. You also have:5+ years’ experience in content/social media management.Exceptional copywriting skills with an eye for detail.Analytical ability to report on content and social media metrics and share insights.The ability to use a range of social media platforms and tools to reach targeted audiences.A creative and innovative mindset with the ability to have a key strategic lens on understanding trends and audiences.Website content management support and maintenance (CMS experience) and a sound understanding of SEO principles and best practices technical knowledge.Strong organisational and project management experience with ability to manage timelines and key deadlines, all while leading and mentoring your fellow team members along the way.Content ideas!
