If you thrive on building lasting customer relationships, delivering exceptional post‐booking support, and ensuring every traveller's journey is seamless, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. No prior travel experience? No problem. We're looking for individuals who are customer‐obsessed, detail‐oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding after‐sales service from booking through to post‐travel follow‐up.
Successful candidates will embark on a fully paid training journey, learning from Australia's leading cruise and touring experts in an interactive, fast‐paced environment. Upon completion, you'll become a fully accredited Cruise or Touring Consultant, with a guaranteed full‐time position and exciting career pathways within the My Cruises and Touring teams.
Responsibilities
* Support customers post‐sale—managing bookings, amendments, and travel documentation
* Deliver exceptional service by resolving queries and ensuring a smooth customer journey
* Build strong, ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure every detail is taken care of
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
