Providing Australia with Falcon and AGA/Rayburn range cookers from the UK, custom-made La Cornue range cookers from France and Liebherr refrigeration (residential and professional) from Germany, we provide top of the range appliances and service to our customers. And have new brands from Europe and the US launching soon.
To support our growing structure and strategic growth we are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our passionate and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity, and one that will be integral in managing our end-to-end logistics – from global suppliers to our valued domestic customers.
About the Role:
Reporting to our Head of Distribution and Supply Chain, the key responsibilities of this position will include:
•Coordinate international shipments, including customs clearance and delivery to domestic warehouses.
•Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods.
•Oversee domestic transportation to warehouses, 3PLs, service centres, and end customers.
•Liaise with 3PL providers to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and performance against SLAs.
•Track freight movements and resolve any issues or delays.
•Maintain accurate data in logistics systems and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
•Collaborate with procurement, inventory, warehousing, and customer service teams.
•Contribute to logistics improvement initiatives, freight tenders, and cost control strategies.
About You:
•3–5 years’ experience in logistics coordination or 3PL customer service, ideally covering imports and distribution.
•Strong knowledge of international shipping, incoterms, customs processes, and domestic transport.
•Experience working with 3PLs and managing outsourced logistics services.
•Skilled in ERP/logistics tracking systems (Pronto desirable; SAP, NetSuite, CargoWise also great).
•Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
•Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
•A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field is preferred.
•Bonus if you have certification in international freight or customs compliance.
