On behalf of the team at Ultimate Painting we at Workforce Extensions are looking for a flexible and proactive Administration Assistant to handle a variety of tasks, from processing job cards to assisting with accounts and invoicing. This is a part-time role (approx. 15 hours per week), offering the flexibility to work both in the office and from home, with the potential to increase hours as the business grows.
What You'll Be Doing:
Processing job cards and assisting with general administrative tasks
Managing accounts receivable and invoicing
Collating quotes and responding to customer queries via email
Supporting marketing activities and general office operations
Providing basic PA duties as required
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
Basic experience with finance software (MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
Ideally, you'll have a background in an administrative role within a technical, trade, or manufacturing environment
Ability to manage your own workload and juggle multiple tasks
A team player who enjoys working in a small, close-knit team
