About the role
We are looking for a receptionist for a busy switch board and showroom.
The responsibilities for this role are not limited to but include;
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner
* Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
* Processing incoming and outgoing mail
* Processing of invoices
* Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and customer lounge
* Scanning and filing
* Daily banking
* General administration tasks as required

Skills and Experience
This is a very busy and integral position to the dealership.
* Can do attitude essential.
* Accurate work and attention to detail.
* The ability to take instructions from various managers and prioritise accordingly.
* A friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
* Not be afraid to ask questions and put up your hand when you need help.
* Problem solving skills with common sense and initiative.
* Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic.
