The Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic, commercially focused leader to oversee and drive our finance function. This role will work closely with the Managing Director on the long-term strategy of our high growth asset management and investment business. This is a rare opportunity to combine technical expertise with strategic influence in a dynamic, values-driven environment.
You will:
* Apply your property and investment finance expertise to deliver strategic insights, elevate portfolio performance, and lead continuous improvement across all reporting and processes.
* Provide technical accounting advice and commercial acumen, adding value to property acquisitions, lease transactions and long-term investment decisions.
* Lead and empower a skilled finance team transitioning the department from traditional reporting to strategic decision making, while you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Financial Leadership: Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and strategic planning. Partner with the Managing Director and the Leadership team – you will be accountable for the financial numbers in the Strategic Plan. Advise on investment thesis and exit strategies for some existing assets.
* Debt and Equity Strategy & Fund Management: Oversee fund finance activities, including distributions and investor reporting. Perform annual bank reviews, optimizing debt and equity financing across asset portfolios. Manage relationships with lenders and financial advisors.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the Leadership team, Investors, and JV partners on business strategies. Liaise with Asset Management and add value on project financials and contractual obligations. Provide financial information for Investor Information Memorandums for all new acquisitions and assist Investor Relations Department for delivery of the IM document. Lead manage and educate—develop a high‑performing finance team. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and remuneration frameworks. Drive initiatives that promote a high-performance culture and employee wellbeing.
About You
* CA or CPA qualified with at least 10 years' experience in property/investment accounting.
* Minimum 10 years in senior finance roles.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
