Responsibilities
* Ensuring that our guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times
* Problem solving any guest complaints and escalating where required
* Providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
* Performing opening and closing procedures established for the outlet you are rostered in
* Having a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products, and the ability to recommend combinations, upsell, and cross‐sell
Requirements
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencement
* High level of communication
* High level of grooming and personal presentation
* Previous Food & Beverage experience is highly regarded
* Previous experience with Infrasys is highly regarded
* Legal working rights in Australia
