Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to support product quality for Volvo Group brands, ensuring the brand image and reputation is upheld in the market. Your key responsibilities will include managing and resolving Market Quality Reports and Dealer Quality Reports, liaising with Global Trucks Technology and Global Truck Operations on technical issues, assisting with Help Desk operations, preparing and presenting Quality Run Through's, reporting quality defects accepted within Argus system, providing technical support to dealers and field personnel, and accepting quality defect cases logged by dealers.
