Job Title: Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker.
* A person-centred approach to support people in their daily living will be highly valued.
* Experience working with people with dementia or disability who may present with complex behaviours is an advantage.
* Reliability and flexibility to work across a full range of shifts are essential.
About the Role:
This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a premium, client-focused environment. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to clients, helping them with personal care, domestic tasks, meals, social activities, and community participation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support clients with personal care, domestic tasks, meals, social activities, and community participation.
* Work under the guidance of Dementia Care Specialists.
* Provide person-centred support to clients.
Requirements:
* National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years).
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
* Up to date Influenza vaccination.
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
* Current Australian Drivers Licence (minimum P2s).
