About the Role:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This includes managing inventory levels, scheduling and supervising a team of warehouse staff, inspecting equipment, and analyzing productivity metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
* Schedule and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed
* Inspect equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
* Analyze productivity metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft suite
* Excellent understanding of warehouse procedures
* Outstanding communication and leadership skills
