As a therapeutic youth worker, you will play a pivotal role in providing trauma-informed care to children and young people who have experienced significant adversity. Key Responsibilities:
* Create a safe and secure environment for young people to thrive
* Support young people as they transition into and out of our care
* Foster young people's living skills and case plan goals
* Act as an advocate for the young person
* Maintain the necessary skills to manage complex behaviors and difficult situations according to the young person's behavior management plan
* Be available for shift work
* Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
* Work effectively as part of a team, with the ability to work autonomously
* Pursue ongoing training as identified
