The role requires quality management and client-oriented service, as well as risk management.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Experience in minute taking, formulating agendas and other relevant material, and attending to follow-up actions.
* Previous experience in working with database applications and using personal computers, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
* Proven ability in diary management and experience in managing/leading administration staff.
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of knowledge and use of Microsoft software applications, an understanding of Work Health and Safety principles and procedures, and familiarity with the Australian National Safety framework.
