About The Role
This position undertakes the identification of need, delivery, coordination and implementation of a suite of training and education programs, related specifically to employee relations and people management, which builds Northern NSW Local Health District's (NNSWLHD) workforce capability and supports employee engagement in order to achieve business and service objectives.
