About the role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a hands‑on customer service and sales role focused on delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction. Our purpose as a team is simple: provide value, reliability, and flexibility to every customer, every time.
As the frontline of our business, you’ll be the friendly face at the trade counter, the helpful voice on the phone, and the professional reply via email — ensuring customers get the right products on time and in full.
Duties
* Helping customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email
* Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided)
* Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
* Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking great
* Pitching in across the team to keep things running smoothly
Skills & Experience
You don’t need electrical experience — just the right attitude and a passion for helping people
* Experience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role
* A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions
* Comfortable with tech and familiar with Microsoft Office
* Positive, energetic, and team-oriented
* Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
