Cape York Solutions (CYS) is a non-profit Indigenous organisation dedicated to empowering the people of Cape York to choose a life they have reason to value. For over 20 years, we've partnered with communities to deliver initiatives in education, employment, health, language and culture – all under the Pama Futures Agenda, a reform framework designed by and for the people of Cape York.

The Role:
As Manager – Cape Operations, you'll be the heartbeat of our on-the-ground work. You'll lead the operational delivery of OHubs, Mobile OHubs, Mayi Market, Opportunity Products, and Centrelink Agent services across Cape York. This role is about ensuring communities experience seamless, culturally grounded services every day.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading multi-site operations and logistics across remote communities.
* Driving implementation of the Pama Platform and Opportunity Products.
* Overseeing employment services and integrating them with community programs.
* Managing budgets, compliance, and stakeholder relationships.
* Coaching and developing a geographically dispersed team of up to 10 direct reports.
What you'll need:
* Proven experience leading community-based service delivery in remote or complex settings.
* Strong understanding of First Nations cultures, particularly Cape York contexts.
* Ability to manage multiple sites, logistics, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Experience working with government agencies and implementing new systems.
* Current Driver Licence, Blue Card, and Police Check.
Desirable:
* Qualifications in business, public administration, social policy or community development.
* Experience supporting Indigenous leadership development.
