Stocks display case and rotates merchandise.
Inspects and reassembles equipment for use.
Performs routine maintenance for machinery and equipment.
Cleans and sanitises work area throughout the day as well as performs duties that comply with the health code.
Follows proper safety procedures and standards.Job Duties/Essential FunctionsInspects and reassembles equipment sanitised previous nightReworks display case and rotates merchandiseTakes large trays of packaged meat from large wheeled rack and places individual packages into automatic wrapping machineFollows safety and security proceduresLabels merchandise and puts wrapped and labelled merchandise in display caseOperates meat grinderFollows proper department production procedures and standards for quality and consistency of finished merchandiseCleans and sanitises area throughout the day.
