About the opportunity
The Staff Officer role provides a range of executive and project support services including managing complex and sensitive issues, developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships across multidisciplinary teams, and coordinating and tracking projects/tasks to support the Director and the broader People & Development Directorate.
As Staff Officer, you will not only support the Director, but you will also play a key role in assisting the Senior Management Team across a wide range of tasks. These include sourcing information and coordinating responses to requests such as Ministerial enquiries, budget information and reporting. The role also involves close collaboration with other Executive Support staff including Staff Officers across the agency's Directorates as well as Senior Staff Officers and Executive Support to Deputy Commissioners.
