About the role
We're seeking a Customer Service Agent (CSA) to join our team. As a CSA, you'll be behind the wheel of our iconic vans, safely navigating local neighbourhoods to deliver customer orders to their homes. You'll also play a crucial role in picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ensuring our customers receive their shopping on time and in perfect condition.
About you and your skills
* A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient and effective communication
* An unrestricted Australian drivers licence and a safe driving record, with the ability to undergo regular police and driving history checks
* The confidence to drive safely and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas
* The physical stamina to lift and carry groceries from the van to delivery points, often involving stairs or other challenging terrain
* Flexibility to work across various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
