Responsibilities:

* Culinary Leadership: Supervise the day-to-day functions of the department, guiding the culinary team to deliver outstanding cuisine and exceed expectations.
* Menu Development: Create menus for restaurants and submit them directly to the manager for approval, ensuring compliance with HACCP standards and the highest quality requirements.
* Supply Management: Order appropriate supplies and equipment for the department, minimizing wastage and achieving budgeted food price targets.
* Team Collaboration: Assist hotel employees and guests in a courteous manner, observing efficient use of equipment and reporting directly to the manager.
* Time Management: Manage time correctly and complete assigned tasks on time, actively participating in meetings related to the department.

Qualifications:

* Education: Secondary or Higher education required.
* Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the professional kitchen.
* Languages: Fluent Azerbaijani language, Russian and English desirable.
* Skills: Ability to perform multiple tasks within a changing environment, remaining calm and restrained in collective internal relations; maintaining patience and restraint within work hours; accuracy and attention to detail; passion for cooking and serving guests' orders; leadership skills.
* Computer Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
