Practice Administrator / Administration Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time)
We're looking for a reliable and organised Practice Administrator / Admin Assistant to support the smooth running of our accounting practice.
This role works alongside our current Administrator and would suit someone seeking a long-term position in a closely knit, supportive team, while also being confident working independently.
Part-time hours will be considered, making this role ideal for someone returning to work or seeking flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Client onboarding and maintaining client records
* Workflow and job management
* Client communication (phone and email)
* Liaising with the ATO
* Debtors, invoicing, and follow-ups
* Database and document management
* Assisting with client communications and marketing
* General administrative support
Experience & Systems
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Xero experience essential
* Bookkeeping experience highly regarded
* Experience with XPM, Ignition, NowInfinity, ATO SmartDocs, or FYI Docs is desirable
