Store Manager at BWS - Balgowlah, responsible for leading a store team, fostering a fun and empowering culture, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with service‐of‐alcohol guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Empower, inspire, and develop the store team to achieve goals and perform at their best, using business programs and personal initiative.
* Promote a customer‐centric, safety‐first culture with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Complete and delegate daily tasks across inventory management, housekeeping, and team leadership with a focus on driving sales and meeting budgets.
* Leverage people skills to foster the best‐ever customer and team experience.
* Identify and deliver on growth opportunities, business objectives and key performance indicators.
* Uphold service‐of‐alcohol guidelines.
* Inspire customers and the local community by tailoring the store's presentation and activities.
About You

You have experience in a fast‐paced retail/hospitality environment, lead by example, advocate diversity and inclusion, make everyone feel welcome, and drive people development.
