About the Role
Are you a skilled Registered Nurse willing to work across acute, sub-acute, or residential services?
We have Full-time, part-time (Permanent or fixed term) and casual positions available, working across all shifts (AM/PM and night duties).
* Make a difference in reginal Victoria, working in Horsham/Dimboola
* Strive to deliver excellent care to patients and their families
* Ensure that clinical practice and care delivery are consistent with Grampians Health policies and procedures
* Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
* You will be required to provide a minimum of 2 referees, one being your current direct manager and the other an additional manager or supervisor.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Current Division 1 registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
* Clinical Skills and experience relevant to departments
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to work effectively in team environment & independently as required
* Demonstrated exceptional customer service and ability to provide high quality care
* Established written and computer literacy skills embracing health technologies and informatics
* Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, motivated and to manage time effectively
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Quality/Continuous Improvement Process
* Post graduate qualification

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP9) which ranges from $ $52.20 per hour.
