Our Team

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing a fast-paced work environment while providing exceptional support.

The Role

* We require a candidate with a relevant qualification or equivalent experience in administration, business, or a related field.
* They must have proven experience in an Office Coordinator role or similar capacity, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
* Key skills include strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills.
* The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

* Greet visitors and clients; answer and direct phone calls; manage emails and correspondence.
* Maintain office equipment and supplies, and coordinate repairs as needed.
* Manage office space, including seating arrangements and space planning.
* Organize internal and external events, meetings, and team-building activities.
* Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transport) for staff and handle administrative requests from employees.
* Assist with onboarding new employees.
* Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
* Provide high-level administrative support to our leadership.
