More about you – Sales Assistant
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mentality and a passion for creating an engaging shopping experience. We value internal career growth and support a progressive work environment. You should thrive in a busy, sales-driven setting and enjoy engaging with customers, even sharing a laugh or a dance-off!
Your role includes:
* Providing excellent customer service and building rapport
* Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
* Maintaining solid product knowledge across all business areas
* Ensuring store standards, merchandising, and presentation are maintained
* Working towards sales targets, budgets, and KPIs
* Assisting with stock control and quality management
* Following national legislation, WHS, and security protocols
You will also have:
* A passion for exceeding sales targets
* Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
* A friendly, energetic personality
* A strong desire to deliver high-quality customer service
* A valid Police Check (required if successful in the interview stage)
