Orthopaedic Surgeon Opportunity in Tamworth
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team at the Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on providing high-quality patient care.
About the Role:
* This is a 12-month contract, up to 1.0 FTE available.
* You will be allocated to various department roster duties including elective surgery, trauma theatre, orthopaedic and fracture clinics, daily ward rounds, portion of the on-call roster, teaching and support of the Registrar team.
Your Responsibilities:
* Perform elective surgery and trauma theatre procedures.
* Provide orthopaedic and fracture clinic care.
* Conduct daily ward rounds.
* Participate in on-call roster duties.
* Teach and support the registrar team.
Qualifications:
* FRACS certification.
