Sales Professional (Appointment Sitter – Leads Provided)

We are seeking a highly experienced solar & battery sales professional to sit qualified residential appointments and close solar and battery systems on a commission-only basis.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of residential solar & battery sales experience.
You will be responsible for:
* Attending in-home consultations
* Presenting tailored solar and battery solutions
* Closing sales at a minimum 33% close rate
* Managing follow-ups where required
* Driving to and from site appointments
You will represent the Renewables brand and be rewarded based on performance. High performers will have opportunities to grow into leadership and join regional sales campaigns.
This role is for experienced in-home solar closers only. Strong understanding of solar systems, batteries, rebates, and energy bill analysis is essential.
Essential knowledge includes battery technology, solar systems, financing options, and government rebates.
This is not an entry-level role.
This particular job position is for proven closers only.
