About The Role
Trade Team Leadersdemonstrate emerging or developed leadership skills.
In this role you will draw on your mechanical and auto parts knowledge, providing front-line technical support, product advice and assistance to Repco customers in relation to technical and sales enquiries.
Note: this role requires lifting, bending, climbing and safe driving.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of drivers and parts interpreters, with a focus on coaching and development
Coordinate driver delivery schedules
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain a safety mindset and strive to provide the safest work environment
Demonstrate sound computer skills and work collaboratively to ensure store success
Availability to work alternating weekends
Hold a valid driver\'s licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time
Qualifications & Requirements
Strong automotive knowledge and experience in parts and technical support
Leadership or supervisory potential or experience
Commitment to safety and teamwork
Excellent communication and customer service skills
