Warranty and Construction Support Administrator
An exciting full‐time opportunity to join our supportive and friendly team on the Gold Coast. This role is required to efficiently and effectively manage warranty cases and provide general administration support to the housing team. We are seeking someone that's willing to learn and be a team player who will jump in to assist others where required.
Reporting to the Quality & Service Manager Housing, you will:
* Liaise with customers, building strong relationships and providing a high level of customer service while answering queries and resolving warranty cases.
* Perform administration tasks promptly and to a high standard.
* Communicate with subcontractors, tradespeople and site teams regarding maintenance issues.
* Keep accurate records, create purchase orders and provide regular reports to management.
* Arrange building inspections.
* Assist the Quality and Services Manager where required.
To be successful in the role, you will:
* Have strong administration skills, a passion for customer service and great attention to detail.
* Have a minimum of 5 years experience in administration or customer service within the construction or real estate industry.
* Be experienced in managing warranty claims or service requests (highly regarded).
* Excellent communication both written & verbal.
