Job Description
Coordinate and manage supply planning and logistics activities.
Ensure timely procurement and distribution of materials.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to support accounting and finance processes.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for supply chain operations.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders on supply chain performance.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Supply Chain & Logistic Specialist Should Have
Relevant qualifications or certifications in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
Experience working within the Life Science industry is advantageous.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using supply chain management systems and tools.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
What's on Offer
Hourly rate of AUD 55-60 plus superannuation.
