The right person will be:
* An experienced butcher that excels at processing traditional cuts and customer service,
* Passionate about their trade and keen to develop our apprentices and lesser experienced butchers,
* Understanding of the need to maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene,
* Experienced working with Carcass Stock and Value Add Products, and
* A person who loves food and talking to customers on the best cuts and cooking methods.
