Your Daily Tasks:
* Lead, coach, mentor, develop & inspire a team of individuals empowering them to shine like stars
* Ensure our store is always on point, welcoming, and bursting with positive energy
* Resolve customer enquiries with patience and a sprinkle of magic, let them leave with a lasting smile
* Assist with onboarding new team members by providing them with the tools & knowledge they need to surprise & delight our customers
