As a retail leader in Broome you will inspire and build a sales‐driven team, take ownership of the store, and be a vital part of our legacy.
What we are looking for:
* An experienced leader and manager able to run a successful retail business
* An ability to provide unbeatable customer service experiences
* A proven track record of achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs
* Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach team members to success
* A passion for merchandising and stock management in a busy sales environment
What you will be doing:
* Manage and drive the store and team members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
* Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving personal sales targets
* Recruit, train and coach team members to become top performers
* Maintain high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
* Merchandise to showcase our range of products in line with promotional guidelines
* Handle operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping and retail business administration tasks
