In this position you will work closely with a Senior Financial Accountant, playing a pivotal role in ensuring all internal and external requirements for financial reporting are delivered efficiently and effectively. With offices based in Richmond which are easily accessible by Public Transport, you will be joining a supportive and high performing team, in an industry leading organisation who are going from strength to strength. The Role Reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with a Senior Financial Accountant, your responsibilities will include: Month end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of journals, reconciliations, and financial reviews Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations Preparation of BAS, whilst assisting with FBT and tax lodgements Bank reconciliations Coding and processing corporate card transactions, including month-end accruals Seek continuous improvement of financial accounting processes. Your Skills & Experience Ideally CA/CPA qualified or very close to completion. Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting regulations. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills. Possess an ability to work with tight deadlines. Ability to take initiative and work independently.
