Our client in the NFP sector requires a Temporary Internal Communications Specialist for an initial 3 month contract.
The Role
Within this role you will be responsible for:
* Writing clear internal communications for staff
* Working with internal teams to share change-related messages
* Explaining business updates in simple, easy-to-understand language
* Supporting communications around new organisational values
* Writing updates relating to payroll changes
* Assisting with the monthly staff newsletter
* Writing communications for internal events
* Managing multiple messages and ensuring communications are clear and sent on time
Your Profile
* You have strong internal communications writing experience and can write clear, practical messages
* You bring a friendly, approachable and affable communication style
* You are a good listener who works well with different teams and stakeholders
* You are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* You have 3+ years' experience in a similar internal communications role
* You have strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
* A degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field is desirable
