What You Will Be Doing
* Financial Reporting & Analysis: Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to guide business decision‐making.
* Budgeting & Forecasting: Managing cash flow, assisting with the annual budgeting process, and monitoring performance against targets.
* Commercial Support: Partnering with key stakeholders to provide data‐driven insights and financial advice.
* Process Improvement: Assisting with the implementation of financial software and streamlining existing accounting or payroll processes.
* Team Guidance: Mentoring and supporting junior accounting or administrative staff.
What We Are Looking For
* A Tertiary Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a Finance Officer/Manager role, OR you are an experienced Accounts/Payroll Manager with a degree, ready to broaden your scope.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate financial data clearly to non‐financial stakeholders.
* Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and strong Excel skills.
* CA or CPA qualification (or currently actively studying toward completion) is highly regarded.
